The Jaywalkers

I was trying to get into the whole reading-other-people's-blogs thing when I realised (rather guiltily) that I haven't been blogging much myself. I have no readers, therefore no motivation. Cries.

But I've repented, so here are some updates on The Jaywalkers. Okay, lies. I actually just really wanted to share my photos.

Took this GoPro selfie with the irritants on the balcony at the Timbre Music Academy before our second session with Danny, and, I REALLY LOVE THE LIGHTS! Seriously, expect nothing less than a gingerbread house look-a-like for my future house cause I'm going to string tons of christmas lights around the perimeter and I already know just where to get them. -smirks-

But I digress so...

Going back to The Jaywalkers, the whole NEA fiesta involves an exposure night - a performance at Timbre as well, so here's our after performance selfie (taken with a trusty iPhone because silly me forgot to bring the GoPro).

Funny how exactly 1 year ago, we sat amongst the crowd at Timbre @ The Arts House, eating duck pizza, drinking (virgin drinks of course), envying The Common People, and throwing out names like 'Buffalo Wings' and 'Margarita ______ (I forgot)' in a desperate attempt to officiate the band. 

1 year later, we performed for the crowd at Timbre @ The Substation, ate duck pizza, drank soft drinks, all of which were complimentary - Thanks Timbre!

Of course, since I'm almost eternally high around these guys, here's all of us looking decidedly drunk despite the fact that no alcohol was involved (except for the resident alcoholic, Nikita Rae Wong).

And above all, in reference to our zealous faces above, do come support us at The Star Vista from 5pm-7.30pm on the 13th September 2014 (next Saturday)?
